We are seeking a Technical Marketing Specialist to join our sales department at the Torre De' Roveri headquarters, reporting directly to the Sales Director.

ACTIVITIES

  1. Marketing & Content Management
    - Technical-Commercial Material Development: Drafting and updating catalogs, videos, success stories, technical sheets, and company presentations, translating engineering specifications into customer benefits.
    - Lead Generation & Digital Presence: Management of digital channels (LinkedIn B2B, website) with a focus on generating qualified leads and monitoring promotional campaigns.
    - Brand Identity: Support in creating graphic content and coordinating corporate image.
  2. Sales Support & Trade Fairs
    - Events and Trade Fairs: Logistics and operational organization of international trade fairs; stand layout management and post-trade fair follow-up on collected leads.
    - Customer Reception: Technical and linguistic support during customer visits to the company and preparation of necessary documentation for sales meetings.
    - CRM and Marketing Plan: CRM feed and lead profiling.
    - Market Intelligence: Periodic competitor analysis to identify risks and opportunities in foreign markets; monthly updates of the Marketing Plan.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience and a degree in one of the following fields:

  • Degree in Languages/Business Communication
  • Degree in Communication, Information, Publishing
  • Degree in Marketing
  • Degree in a Technical/Management major (with a strong focus on industrial products and marketing experience)

Preference will be given to those with a Master's degree and experience in the industrial and automation sectors.

  • Language Skills: Fluent English (C1). Knowledge of a second language (German, French, or Spanish) is an advantage.
  • IT Tools: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations).
  • Digital Tools: Basic knowledge of graphics software (Adobe Suite: InDesign/Illustrator) and email marketing/SEO concepts.
  • Market Analysis: Ability to interpret economic and geopolitical dynamics to support exports.
  • Technical Synthesis: Ability to clearly understand and communicate complex mechanical concepts.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to managing emergencies.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels (technical colleagues, managers, foreign partners).
  • Organization: Excellent time and priority management in multi-tasking environments.
